Topics include 20 hours of hands-on lomi training and 4 hours of traditional Hawaiian healing concepts. Offered are ten hours of supine techniques (face up including the abdomen) and ten hours of prone (face down including the back). Each student may provide a condition or injury to learn how to assess and treat, which becomes part of the class focus. All classes are built around cultural healing principles such as ho’opono pono ke ala, pule, and topical plant medicines. Free eBook included.
