HAWAIIAN LOMILOMI (24 hours)
Learn restorative hands-on techniques for the body, mind and soul.
As taught by the elders of the Big Island, you will learn how to use ti leaves, salt water, hot stones with deep but non-intrusive lomi strokes to release and restore the body.
Interlaced with ho'opono pono ke ala and traditional approaches to balancing and connecting to Akua while clearing energy pathways.
FRIDAY - Afternoon Introduction and evening 'talk story' session.
SAT - Hands on classes. Potluck dinner and 'talk story' session.
SUN - Hands on classes.
MON - Review and Pani (closing session). Optional hike in Volcanoes National Park.
